The plates feature an ergonomic compound curvature and low profile to ensure maximum mobility and comfort while working out. Made from sturdy, powder-coated steel, these weight plates are durable and can withstand the rigors of your training sessions. The lashing points and convenient openings serve as easy-to-grab handles, so you can also perform standalone weight workouts using the plates. The dimensions of these weight plates are 12.5" H x 9.5" W with a thickness of 4.9mm, and they come in a set of two, weighing 5.75 lb each for a total of 11.5 lb.
